The Sazerac de Forge & Fils is rich and floral with a complex aroma of yellow stone-fruits, dried flowers, citrus peel and warm spice. It's distinctly creamy texture of flavour, with hints of exotic spice on the palette, are of dried fruits, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. This is followed with a long, soft finish with a hint of natural sweetness.

This cognac is made up of a blend of a number of old and rare native grape varieties, allowing us the unique opprtunity to enjoy cognac as it was years ago prior to the Phylloxera epidemic that changed the cognac-making process.
